Questions and answers
Do I need an account?
No. You can build a CV and a cover letter and download both without registering. An account only adds storage and version history.
How many CVs can I make?
As many as you like, for free. Every application is worth its own CV.
What file formats can I download?
PDF. It is the only format that looks the same everywhere and still contains real, selectable text.
Which languages are supported?
The interface and the CV headings are available in English (UK), English (US), Spanish and German. You can read the interface in one language and write your CV in another.
Is my data private?
If you do not create an account, your CV never leaves your browser — including PDF export, which renders and returns the file without storing anything.
Can I change the section headings?
Yes, with a paid pass. The defaults are conventional on purpose: familiar headings are what make a CV easy to read and easy to parse.
