Privacy policy
Without an account
Your CV is stored in your own browser (localStorage, and IndexedDB for a photo). It is never sent to us while you edit. When you download a PDF, the document is posted to our renderer, converted, and returned — we do not store the file, the content, or a copy of the request.
With an account
We store your email address, the CVs and cover letters you save, version snapshots, your exported PDFs, and your scan history. You can delete any of these at any time; deleting a document removes its stored file too.
Job posting scans
Text you paste into the scanner is analysed on our servers and saved against your account so the scan history works. The analysis itself is ordinary text processing — no third-party AI service receives your CV or the posting.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep you signed in and record your cookie choice. Analytics cookies are only set if you opt in, and nothing analytical loads before you do.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — we keep only a customer reference and the dates your pass covers.
